Adam Collins has been making records since the mid-1990s. Originally from New York, he began his career in Chicago. There, he formed the duo Omni A.M. with Marky Star and co-founded Euphoria Records to release their music, including their first vinyl, ‘Keep Doing That’. After seven years in the city, the pair moved to New York and recorded ‘New York Sessions’. Two shops and labels on either side of the Atlantic shaped his approach to records: Gramaphone Records in Chicago and Swag Records in South London. Euphoria began around 1996 as the home for Omni A.M.’s own productions, and Corey Labadie later joined the roster. According to the label, DJs including Derrick Carter, Eddie Richards, and Terry Francis picked up its early records. Swag has since reissued two Omni A.M. tracks, including ‘Acid Peace’, as part of ‘Swag Classics Vol 2’. Beyond Euphoria, Collins has released music on labels
