Ibiza’s summer calendar has long been defined by house and melodic sounds, so Galactica ‘s arrival at Eden this year felt like a statement. From late May to mid-September, the hard techno brand took over the San Antonio venue every Tuesday as the club’s first dedicated weekly residency of its kind. It was a full season built around a sound that has rarely held a regular slot on the island. The project comes with serious lineage. Galactica was developed in collaboration with Cocoricò , the Riccione institution whose three decades of history have been defined by backing sounds and aesthetics before the rest of the scene caught up. That spirit carried over to Ibiza – rather than softening the music to suit the island, the team held its position and let a crowd build around it.
